All our pigs are supplied by local Shropshire farmers, with the meat slow cooked for 8 hours on a locally crafted spit, and our soft white or brown baps are freshly baked by a local bakery. Then we make the stuffing and apple sauce fresh for each occasion ourselves using our own special recipes that beautifully complement the succulent pork.
